1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of ApnaStock website, mobile application, and related services operated by YT Corporation. By registering, accessing, or using ApnaStock, you confirm that you have authority to represent your business and accept these Terms.

2. Platform Purpose

ApnaStock is a B2B supply and ordering platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, and retailers for product discovery, order placement, delivery coordination, and inventory operations.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business and contact information.
  • You are responsible for account credentials, role access, and activity from your account.
  • You must promptly update details if your business data changes.
  • You may not share access in a way that creates unauthorized or fraudulent use.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

Permitted use includes lawful B2B ordering, fulfillment coordination, and inventory workflows. Prohibited use includes:

  • Fraudulent listings, fake orders, or manipulation of pricing/availability.
  • Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or access to restricted systems.
  • Uploading harmful code, abusing APIs, or disrupting platform operations.
  • Violating any applicable law, third-party rights, or marketplace policy.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Fulfillment

  • Order details are based on business inputs and workflow participants on the platform.
  • Availability, pricing, taxes, and dispatch timing may vary by region and supplier constraints.
  • ApnaStock helps coordinate workflows but does not guarantee uninterrupted fulfillment by third parties.
  • Users should verify order details and acceptance terms before final confirmation.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Plan Features

Certain tools may require paid plans. Billing cycles, included features, renewal terms, and usage limits are communicated at activation. Non-payment may lead to feature restriction or suspension. Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable for already delivered service periods.

7. Communications and Notifications

By using ApnaStock, you agree to receive service-related notifications such as login alerts, order updates, delivery status, billing notices, and support messages through in-app channels, SMS, email, or approved communication partners.

8. Intellectual Property

ApnaStock software, design, workflows, brand assets, and content are owned by YT Corporation or licensed to it. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for business operations according to these Terms.

9. Third-Party Integrations and External Services

The platform may use third-party infrastructure, payment providers, analytics tools, and platform integrations (including Meta services where enabled). Such providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there is fraud risk, policy breach, legal non-compliance, repeated payment default, abusive behavior, or security threats. Users may request account closure, subject to pending legal/financial obligations.

11. Disclaimers

ApnaStock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain reliability, but do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed commercial outcomes. External logistics, network failures, and third-party events may impact performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YT Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including loss of profits, reputation, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YT Corporation, its officers, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the platform, legal violations, or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or product reasons. Updated Terms become effective when published. Continued use of ApnaStock after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
